What’s in your … Home Gym?

if you workout at home, what’s in your home gym?

I’ve tried many types of equipment through the years. I’ve been worked out in different settings: belonged to different gyms, done martial arts, and had several different setups in my home gym.

So .. What’s in your home gym?

My Home Gym

In time I’ll post more details on my setup and review the equipment that I used, but for now here is just a list.

  • kettlebells – right now I have 9, ranging from very small 8kg to 24kg. I need to buy some heavier bells. Maybe soon.
  • Rings – I love these. They give me such a wide range of options for working out my upper body.
  • Pull up bar – need I say more. Standard and a bit old school, but this simple bar has been an incredible addition.
  • Jump rope – again a bit old-school, but I tend to grab this when I stumble out into the garage in the morning. Skipping rope wakes me up and gets my body started.

While there is more gear around our house, those are the main pieces that keep me going for most of my workouts.
