Bodyweight 4 Week eCourse
This program includes a free bodyweight training eBook, and emails that walk through a four week training program. There are three versions of the program to scale with you from beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
To signup pick a date for your first workout, then enter the date of the day prior. The email program can’t send on the same day, so enter one day early.
Make sure the first workout date is a few days away, otherwise the server may not get it right. Then the program will follow assume one rest day, then another workout, a rest day, one more workout, and two rest days in each week.
My recommendation is to pick the upcoming Monday for your first workout. Then plan to workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
