Where to turn? There is so much information available on the interwebs it is difficult to determine where to turn for good advise. The following pages contain recommended resources to help us Cube Dwellers figure out how to stay fit for life. The resources focus on three major areas: Fitness Programs, Nutrition, and Fitness Instruction.

Fitness Programs


These fitness programs are resources focused on helping you transform your fitness. They each have a different focus, but all aim at helping deliver results through a progressive approach that prescribes exercises structured into workouts with specific program details all laid out. Each is backed by more research than I could apply, so lean on the shoulders of giants, and learn from others.

Rusty says this is his full-blown comprehensive Women’s course for getting the “slim, fit and feminine physique”. Just released in February 2011.
