My Gym Colorado Springs
The video stars my daughter – yes I am proud. She teaches young kids to enjoy fitness, dance, and gymnastics at My Gym in Colorado Springs. If you have kids from 6 weeks to 13 years old consider getting over there. They do such an incredible job getting kids involved early in life; so fitness becomes a lifelong habit.
Get them involved now and they might even get you more involved in fitness. And then one day you too could video your own children in a flash mob of their own.
Springs Sounds
The flash mob was a production of Springs Sounds. Their offices are right near My Gym and pulled this entire performance together. Excellent job it was fun to see.
