Jump The Gun

If you can’t wait. Here is how you can jump the gun and be one of the first to be featured on Kettlebell Form Check. The steps are simple:

  1. Submit a video response on YouTube. In that video tell us why you’d like a kettlebell form check. Are you having trouble with a particular movement? Are you experiencing pain? What’s not working? Also let us know briefly about your training, who are you learning from.
  2. Then Show us your form. Do this however it works for you, but we need two views: Front and Side. Demonstrate your movement 3-5 repetitions from the front and 3-5 repetitions from the side. If you can do that in your video response, great. If not, upload another video and link to it in the comments of your video response.

Simple. So if you are eager to get your kettlebell form check, feel free to jump the gun and submit it now.

Kettlebells are an excellent piece of gym equipment originating from Russia but with all gym equipment it is essential to maintain good form to prevent injury.

Glad you enjoyed it. I’ve got two more episodes filmed that just need more editing before they are published.
